Having been persuaded to upgrade to Windows 10 I found that iTunes disappeared completely. The music I had was transfered to Windows "Groove" and locked there. Eventually I was able to download iTunes again but the music had disappeared. Moreover I can no longer download music from my iPod or iPad to my pc iTunes.
